Financial Services Firm - Coronado, CA

ZoNE-X was contracted with a Financial Services Firm in Coronado, CA to provide on-site and remote support for their IT infrastructure.  The company was looking to utilize mobility solutions in order to keep business momentum while traveling and on the road.

Mobility Solutions

ZoNE-X was requested to setup and install handheld mobile devices for the 2 key staff members who needed access to e-mail and calendaring tools while away from the office.  We determined that Blackberry handheld devices would keep the staff in constant contact with calendars, contacts and e-mail.  The solution was kept very simple, easy to use, and required minimal management & administration.

Laptop Maintenance & Support

ZoNE-X was also contracted to maintain the laptop computers.  With our array of support tools, we were able to setup the desktop computers one-time, secure and update, and get in tip-top performance condition.  This allowed us to remotely manage the client laptops while traveling, as well as when they were sitting in their bay view offices enjoying the sunny weather.  We ensured that all systems were fully up-to-date with all Microsoft updates and patches.  This kept the systems running in optimal condition and that was extremely pleasing to the staff.

Security & Anti-virus

We also installed individual anti-virus tools as well as anti-spyware software.  This kept the traveling laptops from ever being plagued while on the road.  We were able to keep the systems running smoothly, which increased sales and communications by the staff tenfold.
